Cancellation Policy:
Subscribers can change or cancel their pickup subscription with a 14-day notice by email, if we do not receive a 14-day notice you will be billed a $15 cancelation fee. Buckets MUST be returned on your last service date or you will be charged a recovery fee. (See Below)
Bucket/Lid Policy:
Subscribers are responsible for their buckets, we reserve the right to charge a $10 recovery fee for each bucket and lid that is missing or damaged.
Pickup Policy:
Porch Pickups are between 9 am-9 pm M-F. Summer hours are between 9 am-10 pm M-F. If you forget to set your bucket out on your service date, we may leave a note or send an email letting you know what time we came by. If you need to reschedule a missed pickup, a $3 fleet fee will apply.
Snow and Ice Policy:
Please ensure our staff has a safe and clear pathway to your bucket, this includes setting the bucket at the bottom of the stairs if able. If we are unable to recover a bucket, you may be charged the fleet fee for rescheduling a pickup.
Holiday and Suspension:
Subscribers may suspend their service for extended vacations or holidays without fees, please give us a 14-day notice.
By signing up for any service plan, you agree to all the conditions stated above and agree to the fees associated with our policies.
